S€x is not just an act—it’s freedom of life force.

It’s a way of knowing yourself more fully, of unlocking vitality, creativity, and connection.

We believe in a world where s€x is not compartmentalized or shrouded in shame, but honored as a sacred and integral part of being alive. Where boundaries are not a limitation but a turn-on. Where consent is foreplay, and self-expression is the foundation of intimacy, not the afterthought.

We create spaces where your desires are safe, where you can meet yourself—in the raw, unfiltered truth of your body. Whether you’re unraveling old stories given to you about sex, exploring uncharted territories of kink, or simply learning to ask for what you really want, we’re walking this journey with you.

Erotic Reclamation is your full permission to explore. To make mistakes. To experiment. To taste the edges of your desire without fear. To test the edges of your pleasure without tiptoeing. We’re pro-pleasure, pro-exploration, and deeply invested in keeping your nervous system as soothed as your curiosity is stoked.  This isn’t about chasing peaks for the sake of it. It’s about cultivating sustained, embodied aliveness.

We’re here to help you reclaim that.

We are not your gurus.

We are guides, facilitators, and fellow explorers, committed to the same unlearning, expansion, and deep reclamation that we invite you into.

Reclaiming Pleasure, Power & Boundaries

I was never taught about s€x. I had to figure it out through trial and error—so much error. That meant run-ins with wishy-washy consent, moments of feeling broken in pleasure, in orgasm, in desire. My body existed in a state of pain or numbness, nothing in between. I got married, spent years in a s€x-starved marriage, not knowing how to initiate, feeling ashamed and scared of my desires, not knowing what I wanted—let alone how to ask for it.

Then came divorce. A reckoning. A moment when I finally stopped waiting for someone else to turn me on. I chose to reclaim my pleasure, my body, my right to desire and be desired. And just as I was beginning to step into that power, sexual assault in my mid-30s forced me into an even deeper confrontation with boundaries. With my "yes" and my "no." With the disconnect between what my mind wanted and what my body could allow. I had to bridge that gap, to bring myself back into wholeness.

Now, I am in a deeply loving, stable, wildly passionate relationship where all of me is welcome. Where kink, tenderness, boundaries, and devotion all coexist. Where I have learned what it means to fully own my pleasure, my orgasm, and my power. And I am here to help you do the same.

As a s€x and intimacy embodiment coach, I work with singles, couples, and groups to unlock and create the most pleasure-filled, healing, mind-blowing, cosmic, warm, loving, freaky, dirty s€x life of their dreams. My work is rooted in embodiment—breath, sound, and movement—as well as s€xual yoga, kink, and ontological coaching.

I also bring 18+ years of scientific knowledge as a nurse and anesthesia provider, offering a unique blend of expertise in the physical body, nervous system regulation, and altered states of consciousness. To me, s€x and s€xual energy are sacred, healing, and a gateway to more of yourself—your desire, your aliveness, your freedom.

In my work, we go deep. We unshame and heal s€xual struggles, reawaken the body, and harness the power of desire so that passion and pleasure don’t just live in the bedroom, but ripple out into every area of life. This isn’t about performing desire—it’s about living it. Fully. Freely. Unapologetically. Are you ready?

Reclaiming Sovereignty, Safety & Self-Expression

I grew up in a small New England town, and I had a sheltered Catholic upbringing. My understanding of s€xuality was… non-existent. I was the kid who didn’t "get it"—didn’t understand how to flirt, how to dress, how to engage in the dance of attraction. I was an only child and didn't socialize much at school, so I had no models, no guide books. My only resources were afterschool "Saved by the Bell" episodes and my rudimentary, "This is what a tampon looks like," s€x ed classes. S€xuality was a foreign language.

So, I experimented. Luckily, I went to an alternative high school in a major city, so I was exposed to diverse gender and sexual orientations. I tried on different expressions—curious about both men and women, fascinated by gender fluidity, drawn to unconventional dynamics. But because I had no understanding of my boundaries, my exploration was often laced with harm. I had liberating, thrilling s€xual experiences, but also deeply uncomfortable ones. Experiences that blurred the line between consent and coercion.

In my late 20s, I began immersing myself in s€x-positive spaces—BDSM clubs, s€x parties, experimental relationships. But I didn’t quite know how to belong. I spent a lot of time on the outside, watching. Until I found embodiment work, polarity, and somatic s€xuality practices.

Through these, I began integrating spirituality and consciousness into my s€xuality. I trained in consent education, explored s€xual sovereignty, studied intensively in the shamanic lineage of Carlos Castaneda with Teo Alfero and the s€xual polarity modality of David Deida with John Wineland and Kendra Cunov. I became a certified Embodiment Teacher, having completed over 1000 hours of training in Masculine and Feminine Embodiment and Sexual Polarity. Throughout that time, I co-facilitated and co-created world-renowned workshops and programs with John Wineland, such as the Embodied Women's Relationship Immersion and The Teacher Training. I experienced profound healing and reclaimed my identity as a submissive in a way that felt deeply empowering. Today, I coach individuals and couples to fully reclaim their sovereignty. I am in a queer, ethical non-monogamous, 24/7 Dominant/submissive marriage where both my husband and I are fully seen, fully expressed. And I bring this lens—of sovereignty, safety, and self-discovery—into everything I offer.
